In today's hiring world, successful recruitment advertising campaigns must work through multiple channels and engage candidates across new lines. Combining outreach methods like email with interactive technologies can help recruiters reach even the most diverse audience. Multi-channel marketing is not easy to master, however. When you're creating and delivering complex multi-channel marketing campaigns, you need to have the right strategy, technology, and content in place.

Today's candidates are bombarded with thousands of media messages a day. Candidates consume messages from the web, television, billboards, print media, and other sources. To reach candidates, recruiters need to employ multiple sources of outreach. Often, this means delivering your message through several media channels to maximize message absorption. By using several different outreach vehicles you can reach candidates in the most efficient way possible with messages that are consistent and on brand.
